This combo tour gives you the unique chance to see Faxaflói and it's surrounding landscape in all it's glory. Search for whales on our classic tour in the morning and set sails in the afternoon as the vikings did some hundreds of years ago.
Stop by our ticket office at 8:30 to collect your tickets for the whale watching tour starting at 9:00. Explore the whales of the bay, enjoy the breathtaking scenery, landscape and view of Reykjavík by land before heading back to the harbour where you have some free time in the city centre before heading back to sea for your next adventure.
Come back to the harbour at 13:15 before the tour starting at 13:30 and meet up for the Viking sailing. Take on the role of an Icelandic Settler. Hoist the sail and embark upon a journey to the Viking age. A once in a lifetime opportunity to sail an authentic Icelandic Viking ship for 1-1,5 hrs where you can dress up in one of the comfortable woolen shawls, row and handle sail!
Travel around the islands just off Reykjavík harbour, near the coast of the city where the first man to settle in Iceland, Ingólfur Arnarsson sailed in the year 874.
