Tour at 13:00
In the afternoon we really had to be patient. We had to sail for quite a while and we went much further out than usual to find some whales. We were almost about to give up when we spotted a group of white-beaked dolphins. It seemd that they had a calf so they were a bit shy. Still we had a good view of them for a while.
Tour at 9:00
We finally had good and calm weather again today. On this tour we spotted three groups of harbour porpoises. Especially the third group was very nice - some of them came very close and swam along the boat, a behavour which is rather unusual. Harbour porpoises tend to be rather shy animals. No puffins on the puffin island!
