Report from Eldey: We sailed out under clouded skies to go in search for the Northern Lights. Although the skies are not always in our favour we always try as you never know with Icelandic weather, it can change quickly and we may be lucky to get a glimpse of the magical aurora. Tonight, however was not our night. The high clouds did not shift and not even a star could be seen. We still enjoyed the experience of seeing Reykjavik at night and learn a little about the history of some of the nearby islands and of course the northern lights. We offered our passengers complimentary tickets in the hope that they can join us again for another evening hopefully with better luck.
