Report from Hafsúlan: WHAT A NIGHT! It´s going to be hard to sleep tonight after the excitment. It´s been difficult the last week with the cloudy skies and low activity to see the northern lights and passengers were a little pessimistic regarding tonight too. Starting on a very cloudy, windy and snowy tour passengers where not sure what they will see. The guide, reassurig them that the forecast was meant to change and just needed some patience. After about 30minutes  of cloud we started to see northern lights in tiny gaps. Then suddenly clouds cleared, stars shone and northern lights steaked the skies. WONDERFUL. One of our passengers wanted to propose under the northern lights which added more magic to the evening. Congratulations to Hannah and Cameron. An exciting evening with many smiling faces. Patience and optimism does work sometimes and tonight proved it!
