Tour status: RUNNING
First tour of the season! The activity level forecast went from a 5/9 to 0/9 to 1/9 in the space of a few hours, the cloudy cover also looks challenging but it was low cloud which is forecasted to be getting better as the night unravels. The sea is very calm and we thought that if the northern lights choose not to make an appriance or the clouds decide not to clear it would be a very nice sailing nonetheless.
Sightings: Unfortunately the clouds did not clear and so there were no sightings of the northern lights but it was a very nice sailing nonetheless for our first cruise of the season. Hopefully this season will be as good as the last and that you get to join us and be lucky to see the magical northern lights.
