Report from Eldey: We sailed out this cold night trying to get a glimpse of the amazing Icelandic northern lights. We knew it was hard, since the sky was going to be partially overcast, but we maintained our high hopes due to the fact that was meant to be quite a strong solar activity today. Unfortunately we struggled more than predicted with the clouds and even though a few clears appeared here and there, we couldn't see the lights today. We gave to our passengers the chance to come back and try better luck next time thanks to our complimentary tickets.
