Report from Eldey: Finally got a break this evening and had a very clear sky. Stars, planets, shooting stars and even a meteorite were all seen this evening. The Northern Lights started off very early in the evening, first seen only with a camera, then slightly with the naked eye, one arch then 2 arches. Got better and better through the evening. Then on our way home at about 11:45 the sky was alive with dancing greens and pinks. An incredible evening to be under the stars, lights on the ocean.
