NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 21:00
Report from Eldey: It might be Friday 13th, but since we're not superstitious, just a little stitious, we went out in search of some nice aurora borealis! As we birthed from Reykjavík, a small and faint glow appeared in the West and also in the North. Soon enough it got brighter and greener and purplier, it was Northern Lights!! Everyone was already out since I announced it as soon as I picked up the green on my pictures and everybody could see the green lady coming out. We stayed between the islands of the capital in near darkness, enjoying the amazing arch it formed and filled the sky and our hearts.

Few natural phenomena are as mesmerising as the aurora borealis. These shifting curtains of colour sweep across the polar skies, painting them in hues of green, pink, and violet. While their appearance may seem unpredictable, scientists have developed ways to understand when and where they might occur and by studying the activity levels, we can estimate the likelihood of seeing them.
