NORTHERN LIGHT CRUISE 21:00
Report from Eldey: We went out hopeful to find some northern lights. The forecast looked good with a Kp3 and a sky with many visible stars. We patiently waited in this cold winter night, sometimes in the cozy saloons, sometimes outside but covered with a warm overall, and having a hot chocolate (some with Baileys) to warm our hands and souls. At the halfway mark some very light northern lights appeared and could be observed through our cameras but unfortunately never visible with our eyes. We gave complimentary tickets to our passengers hoping they will be luckier next time.
