Report from Eldey: We sailed out tonight with high hopes for finding northern lights! The kp index was forecast to be a 2 out of 9. This doesn't sound very promising however we have sailed out on a 2 before and have absolutely stunning nights so its always worth going out. In true Icelandic fashion however the forecast changed and we were met with a lot of clouds. We unfortunately did not see the lights and therefore handed out complimentary tickets, so that everyone can have the chance to come again.
