Report from Eldey: on this very calm and stary night, we sailed out hoping we could see the lights. The conditions were perfect: there were no clouds, no moonlight, and the Kp index was expected to be a 3, more than enough to see them in Reykjavik! Listening to very nice music, many people stayed outside to enjoy the very calm seas and weak wind, while we waited for the lights to come out. Unfortunately, we ended up seeing no lights, even though the conditions were great. Well, nature plays these tricks and we just need to try our luck in another night. So we decided to give out complimentary tickets to the passengers have another chance of seeing these magical lights.
