NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 21:00

Report from Eldey: Tonight, our forecast was optimistic, with gaps in the clouds and a good activity level. As we sailed away from the city lights and towards Esja, we started to see some faint signs of northern lights appearing over the water to the north. Unfortunately, these auroras remained shy and didn't grow too much stronger. We were able to see them, especially with our phones and cameras but unfortunately the clouds slowly started to cover them. After a while, our patch of auroras had become covered but the clouds were parting above us nearer the city. As we started to run out of time, we headed back to the harbour. As the lights were faint we offered our passengers complimentary tickets to come again for free and hopefully see a stronger display!
