Report from Hafsulan: As we left the harbour we sailed out into a thick mist. This, together with the darkness, flat seas and wind still skies creating an eerie atmosphere. 15 minutes of sailing later, we did manage to break free from the fog, revealing starry skies overhead. A few minutes later, the first faint norther lights appeared, barely visible with the naked eye. For a good ten minutes, this is how we got to see them but shortly after, they became more, and brighter, until the whole sky around us was filled with streaks of northern lights! For the rest of the evening they were coming and going, painting the sky in greens and even purples so bright we saw the reflection of the lights on the ocean. Then, to top it all off, they even started dancing! We were incredibly lucky today to enjoy such a show until even after the tour had ended.
