Report from Eldey: Tonight the forecast was 3 out of 9 on the Kp index, and it said we were going to have a very starry night again. And indeed: no low, middle or high clouds to be on our way! We were lucky enough to, from the very first minute of the tour, have Northern lights waiting for us! There it was, two beautiful green arches at the sky, visible with the naked eye. Over the night, they turned into one single arch and the lights become a bit fainter, but still slightly visible especially with our cameras, providing us still nice pictures. What a beautiful sky we had, and we were so close to Esja mountain that the views were just amazing. We listened to very good music with some cold and hot drinks on our hands and enjoyed the rest of this cold, but very starry night!
