NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 2100
Report from Eldey and Hafsulan: The forecast was promising this evening, with many gaps predicted in the clouds. We saw many stars through these gaps but unfortunately no northern lights. However, we had many other things to watch during our trip! We stopped by the Imagine Peace Tower, beautifully lit for the Christmas and New Year period. Then we saw 2 humpback whales! Even though it was night, there was still enough light for us to see their blows. We were also treated to some fireworks over the city, so although we didn't see any natural lights, we still had a nice time watching the fireworks. Unfortunately, at that point, we started to run out of time and offered all our passengers complimentary tickets to come on another tour in the future to try to see the auroras.
