Report from Eldey: The night promised as the forecast said it was a kp of 3 which is amazing! Before out tour even started we could see the partial lunar eclipse which was so cool. We then sailed into the night between the calm waters of Reykjavík with a full moon in the sky. The moon brightness is never a good partner to watch the aurora but this time the Northern Lights were strong enough to pierce through the moonlight. We took awesome pictures of the lights dancing, the moon and the Imagine Peace Tower together and warmed ourselves up with a nice cup of hot chocolate. Nice and cozy we watched the dancing lights and gazed the sky in awe.
