Tonight we are expecting an aurora activity of 3/9, E 1m/s and 2°C. The moon is Waxing Gibbous and 87% illuminated. Partly to fully clear skies are forecasted in the area.

Report from Hafsulan: This evening with a Kp of 3, we bundled up, grabbed a hot chocolate, and set out. Right as we left the harbor, we spotted very strong northern lights appearing over Esja. As we made our way closer, they started expanding! We had mostly green, with even a little red in the mix! After a while, they even started to dance for us! They then even appeared right above us, crossing over with the Imagine Peace Tower. After a wonderful display, the auroras faded and we were left with a beautiful clear sky, full of stars. There were even a few shooting stars. We then took a tour admiring the imagine peace tower up close. We finished off the perfect evening by looking at the city lights and heading back to port. What an amazing evening!
