NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 22:00
Report from Eldey: Tonight we sailed out Reykjavik, the weather conditions were a little bit worse than we expected and that we checked on the forecast. The wind was weak but the sky was cloudy. Even though in Iceland the weather changes quite quick so we were hoping to have less clouds at the middle of our tour. However the thick clouds stayed with us almost the whole tour and unfortunately we weren´t able to spot any Aurora. Wait and look up to the sky was the only we could do. At the end all of our clients got the complementary tickets, giving them another opportunity to try it again. Because this is what we need to do during holidays, we never know when night can surprise us with the magical green colors, the Northern lights are there! We just need to be patience and try it again!

Few natural phenomena are as mesmerising as the aurora borealis. These shifting curtains of colour sweep across the polar skies, painting them in hues of green, pink, and violet. While their appearance may seem unpredictable, scientists have developed ways to understand when and where they might occur and by studying the activity levels, we can estimate the likelihood of seeing them.
