Report from Eldey: We sailed out under a night with a few clouds but still stars visible. The activity predicted tonight was of 3 to 4, which is very good for iceland so we had some hope we would get lucky. Barely a few minutes in the sail a few green northern lights appeared as an arch on the right side of the boat. Everyone one went out and they even spreaded a bit and got a bit stronger in color through the clouds, but we could already see them nicely and some green. After some time we even got a stronger colored green arch that appeared again and spreaded to a good portion of the sky. After this nice view and still some faint green around we made our way back toward the harbour.
