Report from Eldey: We sailed out this evening onto our bay under slight clouds and a fair bit of wind. The kp index was precited to be a 5 which is quite high and we were excited to see what this evening had in store. Shortly after leaving we saw a tiny bit of green, very visible with the camera and at the beginning even by eye. The rest of the night, it stayed visible by camera but was not strong enough to be seen by eye. The rest of the night we enjoyed hot chocolates and music but were not successful at finding the aurora. In the end we gave out complimentary tickets, so that every can come again and try again.
