Report from Eldey: Today's auroral forecast was low, 2/9, and the cloud forecast indicated that there were going to be a lot of low clouds and a lot of high clouds. But, forecasts are not always right, and tonight for our benefit they were wrong. We got out of the harbor bundled up in our overalls and were able to contemplate a beautiful star-covered sky. The sea was very calm, and music was playing while some of our tourists decided to dance. Faced with such a romantic night and full of connection between people, we were marveled by an arc over the night sky that looked like a rainbow and continued like a drapery aurora, which rippled like a curtain, and it was getting more intense. As we were arriving to the port the northern lights got weaker and as we believed that we could offer something better, we offered our guests a complimentary ticket so that they can enjoy on another occasion the creation of the dancing elves, the northern lights.
