Report from Eldey: Our Northern Lights Cruise started on Eldey but was soon moved to another boat when we had some technical issues, so... Report from Elding: Once everyone got settled on this other boat, we made our way into the bay with the Imagine Peace Tower as our first stop. We admired the blue light shining from the wishing well as we listened to John Lennon's song, and soon after we focused back on the hunt for the northern lights. Towards the end of the night, a faint green arch started appearing close to mount Esja. Although it quickly disappeared, it came back stronger a bit later on and eventually got quite bright so that we could watch the auroras for some time before we headed back to Reykjavik harbour.
