Report from Eldey: Tonight we have a predicted activity of 2 out of 9, which is good to see lights in Iceland. The predictions in term of cloud coverage were also supposed to be very low while we actually noticed when we started our sail quite a lot of clouds. We then sailed out, headed North and looked up while hoping for the best. The clouds, that were not supposed to be present tonight were blocking a bit our view as clear skies are best to manage to see some lights, but unfortunately we cannot predict these natural meteorological phenomena. We continued and saw some gaps in those clouds finally, but still no lights appearing. Unfortunately tonight will not be the night, we then headed back to the harbour while offering complimentary tickets for our passengers to come back during a luckier evening.
