Report from Eldey: This evening when we got to the boat we could see stars above - already a promising sign! The evening was forecast to be cloudy but with big gaps and a kp index of 2. The index is to show where the auroral belt would fall and it looked like Iceland was right in it! Once we set sail we watched the moon and the beautiful city lights on our outward sail. Sadly nature is unpredictable and these were the only lights shining on us this evening. The clouds did not clear up, so in the end we handed out complimentary tickets so that everyone can come back for free!
