• NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 21:00

Tonight we are expecting an aurora activity of 2/9, N-W 5 m/s and 2°C. The moon is currently Waxing Crescent and 1% illuminated. Partly clouded skies are forecasted in the area.

Report from Elding: We started with nice warm weather for Icelandic conditions. As we were sailing towards mount Esja the Northern Lights started to appear. First they were not that strong, but you have to be patient with the Green Lady and she didn't disappoint us. She transformed that small faint arch into a really nice and bright shining and dancing curtain of green color. This went on for most of the tour. As always, all good things must come to an end, so did our tour and we headed back to the harbor. :)
