NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE I 22:00

Report from Elding: Tonight for this northern lights tour, we still had a hope to see them even if there was quite lot of clouds in the sky. The kp index was around of 3 so still high chance to see them but we still had a lot of clouds when we kept sailing further out of the light pollution of Reykjavik. And during the trip, there was no picking up of the northern lights activity. We cruised along Viðey and Engey with a very pleasant sea conditions, looking up the sky with some opening in these clouds so there could be some chance to see them. But nature is unpredictable and that is the beauty of this as we have no control over it. After staying 1 hour and 30 minutes we started to head back to Reykjavik and give complementary tickets for our passengers to come back and have the chance to see the northern lights.
