NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE 21:00

Report from Eldey: This evening the predicted kp index was of 2, which is very decent for Iceland, and there was a slight cloud coverage but we could still see the star as we started our sail out in the bay. We headed North toward mount Esja and close to the islands Lundey and Videy and we looked at the sky hoping for some activity. The sky got slightly more cloudy during the tour but we still could see a few stars so we will see if some activity picks up. Unfortunately for us solar activity never picked up during our tour and no northern light have been seen. We then headed back to the harbour and gave our passengers complimentary tickets in the hope they would come back on a luckier day.
