Report from Eldey :The night was cold and very dark with a beautiful clear sky. We had a beginning of northern light that we could see only through our cameras, not with the naked eye, but unfortunately it didn't get stronger and disappeared. Clouds started to cover the sky and when we were heading back because we were out of time it started snowing. Before we arrived to Reykjavik, the sky revealed stars again so we slowed down hoping to see appear the magical northern lights. Unfortunately we could not find any of those green colours in the sky. We gave complimentary tickets to our passengers to have the possibility to come on another northern lights cruise and have another chance to meet those lights.
