Report from Eldey: The night was expected without clouds and with a low aurora forecast of 2/9. Just leaving port we already begin to see brushstrokes of auroras borealis. A green belt, and sometimes two hugged the snowy mountain of Asja and the sky covered with stars that seemed to be very close to us as they shone very brightly. The northern lights were getting weak and strong at times, and especially there was a moment when we could see them extremely intense and dancing. A beautiful gift for a birthday person on the boat and also for a couple who decided such a unique moment to commit. A special night to remember.
