NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 21:00
Report from Eldey: This evening, we set sail towards Faxaflói Bay, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. The skies were mostly cloudy, with only a few gaps offering a glimmer of hope. The cold wind brushed against our faces, but we found comfort in warm cups of hot chocolate as we waited patiently, eyes searching the sky. For a while, it seemed like we might not be lucky, but right at the end of the trip, the clouds parted just enough. Suddenly, bright green lights began to dance across the sky, in an amazing display of northern lights! With hearts full and spirits lifted, we sailed back to the harbor leaving the northern lights behind.
