Charter Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases of service(s) from Elding, for all tours operated by Elding Whale Watching. The terms identify on the one hand Elding’s rights and duties and on the other the service buyer’s rights and duties. All communication regarding reservation of services, changes and cancellations shall be in writing and may be sent using e-mail, or through the postal service, if time permits.
Cancelled tour?
In the event of unfavourable weather or unstable sea conditions, we sometimes have to cancel our tours for safety reasons. But that doesn't mean you can't make the most of your day in the city! There are numerous things to do in Reykjavík on a rainy day and many of our partners even offer tours that are less weather dependent than ours.
