Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsúlan: The weather was fantastic when we sailed out on the bay this afternoon, the air was still and the mountains around us were all white with snow. We started to sail north towards a small fishing town called Akranes. Then we sailed west to go further out on the bay, after a long sailing we turned south towards Reykjanes peninsula. After taking this big circle out on Faxaflói bay we had not seen a single sign of cetaceans only northern fulmars and European shags flying around. Because we didn’t see any cetaceans we gave all of our passengers complimentary tickets that they can use with us on another whale watching tour sometime within the next two years.
