Today we will be operating on our lovely vessel Eldey for the 13:00 Classic Whale Watching tour. Make sure to dress appropriately for the tours as it is always colder on sea than on land. The sea might be rough so we are offering complimentary seasickness tablets in the ticket office.

CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 13:00

Report from Eldey: After a few stormy days, we were happy to finally go out to sea again. There was still a relatively high swell, but the waves were very long so we after a short rocky ride, we did not feel too much impact from the sea. We saw a myriad of seabird species as we were looking for marine mammals: northern fulmars were gliding above the water surface, common guillemots and razorbills were diving close to our boat, northern gannets showed us their impressive wingspan, and many other birds flew by. A few of us were lucky enough to see a seal pop up next to our boat, but other than that we were unlucky today with regards to the wildlife sightings. We therefore offered all our passengers a complimentary ticket so that everyone can come on another tour with us.
