Tour at 13:00
The weather was absolutely beautiful when we sailed out again this afternoon, calm sea and the sun was peaking out from the clouds. And the luck was with us again today, we spotted at least 5 to 7 minke whales, some came very close to our boat many times, other surfaced further away. Lots of puffins around Akurey and also out in the bay, so all together very successful trip today.

The weather was fantastic when we sailed out to Faxaflói bay this morning. We started the tour by visiting the puffin island Akurey and there were lots of puffins around it. Early on the tour we spotted a nice group of harbour porpoises witch came quite close to the boat. There were also 2-3 minke whales in the area and some of them surfaced quiet close to the boat few times. So all our passengers could have a good luck at them. Very nice tour.
