Tour at 13:00
Report from Hafsúlan: The weather was near perfect today, the skies were blue, the sun was up and the sea was calm. And after some overnight snow the surrounding mountains were completely white. We left from Hafnafjörður and followed the Reykanes peninsula all the way to the end before turning back and ending back in Hafnafjörður. Unfortunately the only sea life we saw was a brief look at a pod of Harbour Porpoises. There were a number of birds around, especially a couple of Kittiwakes that thought we were a fishing boat and followed us. As we didn´t see any whales or dolphins on the tour we handed out complimentary tickets.

Birds seen on today´s tour include; Eider ducks, Shags, Kittiwakes, Fulmars, Black-Headed gulls, Common Guillemots.
