Tour at 17:00

Just when we thought things couldn't get any better, amazingly they did! We had a similar tour to the trip at 13:00, saw the four species in the same order. But when we were with the humpback whale this time, we saw another humpback breaching in the distance. We sailed towards this individual and found several more humpback whales, including a mother and calf. We followed the mother and calf which were obviously feeding, coming to the surface with their mouths open! Some dolphins were feeding along side the mother and calf, and at one point, the two humpbacks surfaced together, and the dolphins were leaping all around them. It was truly amazing, the best tour we could ever expect!

Tour at 13:00

The sea was still beautifully calm, and we didn't need to search for long until we found the first Minke whale, and while we sailed towards the whale, some of the passengers spotted few harbour porpoises. The whale surfaced very nicely for us, but we soon moved on and found a group of white-beaked dolphins! Great, already three species in one tour, but it only got better. We found the humpback whales again and observed one of the individuals for a while and it came up very close to the boat so the passengers were lucky to be able to observe the whale from a short distance. A fantastic tour!

Tour at 9:00

The sea was calm, but the air was a bit colder. Cloudy. We saw several time the Humpback whale arching its back and tail. It was diving quite a long time and coming at the surface always on an unexpected place. It was breathing always once and then going for a deep dive. On the way back a Minke whale showed up several times. It was a very nice tour and the people were happy.
