Today marks the last 9:00 departure of the year - join us for a morning adventure to make the most of your day in Iceland!

CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 09:00

Report from Eldey: Today is the last 9 o clock tour of the year! We sailed out into darkness, with little wind, eager to see if our close by whale was still there! After a quick stop at the cargo ship lane - we sailed out and about 30min later spotted a humpback whale! This whale started off why but by the end was coming extremely close to the boat, the sun had now risen and we got a gorgeous view of the mountains! During the tour we also saw a few seals as well as a group of kayakers that really put the whales size into persective. We stayed a little bit longer, always seeing the whale fluke before eventually headnig back!

CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 13:00

Report from Eldey: This afternoon we sailed out once more and only 15min later already spotted a blow! It was our friendly humpback whale once more! We stayed with it for a bit while it was feeding around us. A few times it came quite close and surprised us by changing direction! We decided to have a mini sail and look around the mountains, enjoying the majestic Esja next to us. We also spotted 2 harbour seals as well! After our little sailing loop we came back to the humpback again, this time it was swimming circles round us and even the sun came out to have a look. We eventually ran out of time so started sailing home into the sunset.
