Report from Hafsulan
13:00 tour:
We set off in a grey weather, which actually is good condition to spot cetaceans as the sea turns light grey and it is easy to spot the dark dorsal fins when they come out. After about half an hour we saw a pod of white-beaked dolphins (5 to 10 individuals), they travelled a little around the boat and then were off. Another half an hour later we saw a minke whale, which seemed to be feeding under a flock of gannets. We saw it a few times and then began our journey back home to Reykjavik. On the way back some light piercerd the grey clouds and played on the landscape, in particular the Whale Fjord and Reykjavik, a beautiful sight.
