- CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 09:00, 13:00
CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 09:00
Report from Eldey: We headed out with beautiful sunshine and calm seas. We had to sail for a little while out into the bay, but then we found a pod of about 10 white beaked dolphins. We stayed with them for a while and saw how they were jumping a few times and then resting. Then we saw a lot of splashes in the distance, so we went there to check it out. As it turned out there was a huge pod of them, there were about 30-40 of them! And they were jumping like there's no tomorrow! It was a perfect tour, the weather was great, the sea conditions calm and the dolphins on fire! :)

CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 13:00
Report from Eldey: We left the harbour enjoying the glorious sunshine, excited for what was to come. After a great morning we didn´t think it could get better but we were very wrong. After sailing for about an hour we saw a lot of seabirds plus a couple blows and some dorsal fins. On our left were 10-15 white beaked dolphin. We got to see them surface a few times before they swam away so we focused on the blows ahead. There were 2 humpbacks close together with a 3rd much further in the distance. So we stayed with the 2. They were surfacing quite a lot and showing their flukes. Then out of nowhere one became super active! It breached and breached and breached! It did it at least 5 times in just a few minutes along with a chin slap and peduncle throw! This was probably a juvenile humpback. After this amazing show we headed home enjoying the sun and hot chocolates!
