Report from Hafsulan: For the very first time in the last few weeks, we had a nice weather on this tour ! As we were traveling toward the west, the sun was slowly unraveling on the left inside of the boat, shedding splendid lights on the bay that has been merciless recently. Calm sea conditions, satisfactory visibility, life was good out there ! We could easily spot numerous northern fulmars and common guillemots in the area, they were rather inactive, just sitting on the water. Probably they were enjoying the sun and the calm just like us. Alas, this lack of action was probably also a sign of lack of food in the bay, and our careful research ended up fruitless, no whales showed up today. Complimentary tickets were promptly given away, may our passengers come back in similar weather but on a more lucky day with the cetaceans !
