Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsúlan: The wind had calmed down a little today but it definitely felt a lot colder. Everyone made use of the overalls we provide free of charge to keep warm and dry from the occasional splash we got. We once again sailed from the old harbour of Reykjavik North West towards Akranes and once the swell got too big we sailed towards the Reykjanes Peninsula. It was near the end of the tour, after just over 2 hours of sailing when we spotted a pod of 15-20 White-beaked Dolphins close to the coast in the direction of Keilir (cone shaped mountain). They were surfacing fast and leaping, very difficult to photograph and keep your hands warm at the same time. We watched them for about 10 minutes before they submerged and disappeared. We then watched the sun go down and ended the tour in Hafnafjörður.
