CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 13:00

Report from Eldey: We sailed out into a sunny bay with calm waves this afternoon. It did not take us too long to find our oh so familiar pair of humpback whales, Banana and Radar. They were swimming very calmly, side by side close to the shore of one of the islands. We spent a good time with them as they were going around, often passing close by our boat. We also spotted the heads of 2 harbour seals nearby, which kept us enterntained while the whales were going for their short dives. Eventually, we gave them their well-deserved rest and went onwards, further into the bay. We searched around but even though we got to take in the the amazing scenery in the winter's golden light, we found no more wildlife. Regardless of that, we did end our tour very satisfied with the encounter we had!
