Tour at 13:00: RUNNING
Report from Hafsulan: The weather looked much worse that it was at the beginning of the tour. As we sailed out, the sea was quite flat with some swell but the wind on our back. Before leaving it even had started to rain but still with high spirit we started this tour as we know the whales do not care about the weather. Half way in the tour we suddenly spotted just 200m in front of us a fin coming up and it was clear we had a minke whale in front of us. It surfaced a couple of times really close, before it went for a deep dive. Unfortunately this individual was elusive and did not show up again, neither were we able to find more cetaceans on this tour and therefore gave all our guests complimentary tickets. We hope they gonna be more lucky next time and we see them soon again!

Tour at 9:00: CANCELLED
We are sailing from the Old Harbour in Reykjavík today. The sea today is quite rough and the forecast predicts rain. We do have sea sickness tablets at the ticket office for those who wish, and be sure to make use of our warm overalls to keep dry.
