Tour at 13:00
Due to rough conditions at sea we have decided to cancel the tour this afternoon.

Tour at 9:00
Report from Hafsúlan: The wind was blowing strongly from east so the sailing was very comfortable when we went out on the bay with the wind. there seemed to be a lot of life in the bay,we passed few huge flocks of birds on the way, mainly northern fulmars. We always slowed down when we got closer to the birds and looked carefully around us because we find the whales often close to flocks of birds as these animals are often feeding on the same prey.In one of the smaller bird flocks we saw a minke whale that surfaced only few meters in front of the boat. We got a really good look at this minke whale as it surfaced few times very close to us. It was difficult to hold the boat stable in that area because the swells were getting higher. we got few minutes with the whale before it disappear. The sailing back to land was much rougher and felt colder because we were heading into the swells and the wind.
