CLASSIC WHALE WATCHING | 09:00
Report from Eldey: On this marvelous sunny day with great sea conditions, we sailed out looking for some cetaceans in the bay! On the way, the breeze was calm, the birds were feeding and everyone was outside to get sun-kissed. It didn't take long until we spotted a blow in the distance and when we went to investigate, we saw we had a humpback whale feeding! This one popped up right next to the boat too and was showing off its fluke while going down for a dive. When leaving this whale due to the amount of boats around, we looked to our left and saw some splashes in the distance, made by fast white-beaked dolphins! There were 5 of them, a bit scattered, with a baby amongst them, jumping!! We had a very nice view of the mom and the calf when they decided to come closer to our front and we stayed a bit with them. Then, we started heading back to the harbour slowly, enjoying the good weather and happy with the sightings of this morning.
