Tour at 13:00
The whales weren't in such good mood this afternoon and made it rather difficult for us. Right in the beginning we spotted some really nice harbour porpoises. Then we spent much time searching for minke whales. We spotted some but could never get really close to them. Just as the last minke whales this one was a quite good one. It surfaced several times in the distance but we could spot it well and after its deep dive it came up to the surface to breath just beside the boat! We spotted as well a samll group of white-beaked dolphins, but they stayed only for a very short time with us.

The weather was much better than yesterday. We found an area with many minke whales. They all were surfacing close to the boat several times but disappeared once they went deep diving. But there were so many whales so we always found a new one. At the end of the tour we had spotted at least five or six minke whales. Through out the whole tour we spotted always some nice harbour porpoises which are a lot around at this time of the year!
