Tour at 13:00
Again we sailed out in great weather. Calm sea and we couldn't ask for better visibility seeing all the Reykjanes peninsula and the whole circle around to the edge of Snæfelsnes peninsula. We started the tour with a stop by Akurey to see the Puffins before heading out. On the bay we spotted many Harbour Porpoises through out the tour, some surfaced very close to us and others further away. One Minke Whale was spotted. This Minke Whale was very small, we're guessing maybe 4-6 meters long. It surfaced few times in the beginning rather faraway from us and seamed to be avoiding the boat a bit and just before we were going to leave it alone it surface 4 times for us closer to the boat.

The weather was wonderful like last days when we set off this morning. Soon we spotted a small pod of Harbour Porpoises and when we were following them one Minke Whale surfaced quite close to the boat. After that the whale got all our attention. We followed it for some time and it was very nice, surfacing frequently and came often close to the boat. On the way back we visited the puffin island Akurey and the Puffins. So all together absolutely fantastic tour.
