Tour at 13.00
We sailed out to Faxaflói bay in a calm and nice weather. It took as some time until we spotted a black back in the surface and it was a minke whale! He surfaced many times for us around the boat and few times so near that we clearly heard the heavy breath. After a while we had to head back but than we spotted the minke whale again, maybe a different one. We watched it surface few times before we took off and had the nice sunset to look at. Again we didn't see anything for a while until very close to land when we were almost back at the harbour we spotted a group of white beaked dolphins they were at least 10-15 together, surfacing many times close to the boat, and also swam a lot under the boat and they were clearly seen under the surface. Great ending on this tour!
