Report from Eldey: Once again we went out in quite the rough weather, but our captain kept the boat steady and it was quite a pleasant cruise. We went in the East part of the bay to get away from those rocky waves. The weather forecast showed the wind to be not as strong, when in fact it was gale force, so we had quite an interesting sensation on the upper deck, refreshing. Unfortunately we couldn't spot any cetaceans on this tour so we gave out complementary tickets to our guests, for them to be able to come again and try another, hopefully more successful trip with Elding.

We are sailing from the Old Harbour in Reykjavík today, it is quite windy out on the bay to day so we are expecting some movement on the boat. If your are prone to sea sickness we have sea sickness tablets available. Make sure to dress warmly and make use of our warm overalls as it is always colder on sea than on land.
