CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 09:00
Report from Hafsulan: We sailed out deep into a calm bay and an incredible sunrise behind us. Eventually, we stumbled upon a large pod of 10-15 white-beaked dolphins. They were quite curtious towards our boat and came to check us out and swim alongside us multiple times! in this same area, we also spotted the blow of a humpback whale! Conviently for us, the dolphins made their way over close to the humpback, so they kept us engaged while the humpback was going down for its dives. After an exciting time with these animals, we had to start heading back, but not before we saw a glimpse of a second, shy humpback!

CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 13:00
Report from Hafsúla: Our tour started with a bright low sun gazing upon our exit of the harbour a small breeze coming from the mountains. As we were about to sail out to the middle of the sea, a blow was seen near the islands close to Reykjavík! It came from a humpback whale! We were happy to see Banana again, as it has been logging around this area for quite some days. It looked a bit more active while showing us the fluke a few times. We decided to head proper out and search for more marine life. After nearly 40 minutes, another blow was seen under a few birds. It definitely was feeding event. As we got closer we confirmed that it was another humpback whale, diving constantly to get as much food as it could! We stayed with it for a while and even got a glimpse of a grey seal there too. Time was running out and we sailed back to the harbour.
